The research is designed by <strong>interdisciplinary research team<\/strong> from Language, Education and Technology fields.<\/p>\n\t<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/eduspace.tlu.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/pilt-kodukale.png\" alt=\"pilt kodukale\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"300\" width=\"300\" title=\"pilt kodukale\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\t<p>The problem is approached from the perspective of Foreign language learner, involving teachers in research design and data collection. One of the goals of this project is to design TELL (Technology-enhanced language learning) based on <strong>ICAP model of Cognitive engagement and Active learnin<\/strong>g, aiming to scaffold students&#8217; self-regulation and students&#8217; agency. Analysis of cognitive and metacognitive learning strategies will allow to better understand the mechanism of TELL.<\/p>\n<p>This systematic empirical <strong>research aims<\/strong> to investigate what factors can enhance <strong>language learning via the use of technology<\/strong>.
